Obama administration to allow killing of our national bird!!!!!

In a rare and potentially landmark decision, a Wyoming Indian tribe has received federal approval to kill two bald eagles for religious ceremonies, the Associated Press reports.

The Northern Arapaho Tribe had sued the government last year, arguing its members' religious freedom was being violated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's refusal to issue a "take" permit.
Federal law prohibits killing a bald eagle, the national bird. Eagle feathers and body parts are kept in a federal repository for tribal religious ceremonies.
The agency issued the permit Friday, allowing the tribe to kill two bald eagles off the Wind River Indian Reservation. The tribe shares the land with the Eastern Shoshone Tribe, which opposed killing the birds on the reservation.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm getting tired of old Newt hanging around and screwing it up for Santorum.  Newt doesn't have a chance in hell of getting the nod and all he's doing by staying in the primary is to ensure that Romney will get the nomination.  If Santorum goes head to head with Romney, he would win almost every state.  He would have won Georgia and Ohio without that fat fuk hanging on like a bug you flushed down the toilet. Gingrich is showing his true colors right now....he's in it for Newt and his Dolly Madison wannabe wife Calista. Jobless claims are a leading indicator for the ease of finding work, Yardeni wrote in a blog posting two days ago that featured a similar chart. The four-week average of applications fell 5,500 last week to 354,000, the lowest level since March 2008, according to the Labor Department.

Excuses made instantly for incompetent beaner

This is such bullshit!  Montoya is racing to catch the field and forgot the dryers were out on the track. When he finally realizes he isn't supposed to blast by them at speed, he panics and locks the brakes and slides into the jet dryer. Notice how that asshole DW instantly makes an excuse for that greaser. Montoya said there was a terrible vibration in every gear and the whole car was shaking.  Then why/how did he bring it up to race speed? Just what are the odds that a car would suffer a catastrophic failure right at the same moment that the beaner noticed the flashing lights on the track dryers?  I would venture thousands to one...maybe higher.  I guess the same excuse would have been floated for Danika Patrick as well.  If it was any other White Male driver, the tone would have been different like we'll have to get a report from the crew chief or the garage area to see what happened. IMO, Montoya is a marginal driver at best and the only reason he still has a ride is because he's a spic.  He has won only 2 or maybe 3 "cup" races and has hit everything possible...now including track dryers.  Check his NASCAR record here;

An Oak Lawn man was suspended Monday as president of a youth baseball organization after using the “n”-word in a posting about the death of singer Whitney Houston on his Facebook page.

John Kelly said Wednesday that his life has been “ruined” by the repercussions from the posting. He said he’s not a racist and did not realize he had posted the word. His comment was reposted to the Westside Baseball of Oak Lawn Facebook page.

His Facebook post read, in part, “I’m so sick of reading about this dumb stupid N - - - - - Whitney Houston.”

“I didn’t even realize I put it in until after I sent it,” he said.

Kelly said his Facebook page is restricted to adult friends and family, but a former player’s mother saw his comment and reposted it on her Facebook page and on the league’s page.

The woman, who asked not to be identified, said she reposted Kelly’s remark so other parents would know about it. “If this is the way he talks, what is he thinking when he has a black kid in the field?” she said. Kelly said he apologized to her last week.
